The number of satisfied clients that Mr. Hayden has helped testify to the skill and commitment that he brings to his craft. Mr. Hayden has remained in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar ever since gaining admittance and has never been disciplined for any reason.

John Hayden received his Juris Doctorate from Chase College Law and practices primarily in the fields of bankruptcy and domestic relations. The Thomas More graduate has filed over 700 bankruptcy cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court. Additionally, he has represented hundreds of clients in divorce and child custody cases, appeared on behalf of clients in both state and federal court, as well as filing a successful appeal to the Kentucky Court of Appeals.

Mr. Hayden currently serves as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Newport, Kentucky after having served eight years as City Commissioner. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Gateway College and Technical School

Outside of the practice law Mr. Hayden is active in the Northern Kentucky Community. Hayden has served on the Northern Kentucky Consensus Committee, served as a representative of Mayor Peluso on the Northern Kentucky Area Development District Board, served eight years on the board of directors of Christian Tabernacle, and on the board of the Newport High School Alumni & Associates.
